You will be part of a small friendly class, suitable for beginners and upholstery enthusiasts wanting to extend their knowledge. Bring along a treasured piece of furniture or a fantastic find that you’re wanting to bring back to life. Start with a drop in seat, sprung dining chair or small footstool. You can learn modern upholstery, or the skills used since the middle ages, using all traditional materials including coil springs, coir fibre, hessian, cotton wadding and calico.

You’re welcome to bring along your choice of upholstery fabric or choose from our vast range of amazing fabrics curated from the top manufacturers in the country. We love to help inspire and guide on the design choices of fabrics and trims available.

The course information pack should include all the information you need to know.

• Basic wood revival techniques
